Delivery of Digital Products
All Super Sounds downloadable  products are delivered digitally. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a secure download link.

No physical items will be shipped.

Delivery is typically instant, but may take up to 1 hour in rare cases.
 If you have not received your download within this time, please contact us at emma@learninglady.co.uk

Europe (3-7 working days) - £7.50

International (3-7 working days) - £15

USA (3-7 working days) - £16.50
Canada (3-7 working days) - £16.50
Oceania (3-7 working days) - £15

 

Please note:

• Super Sounds and We Love Learning Ltd are not liable for any import or customs duties that your country may impose.
• International orders can be held at customs and this may delay your order delivery time for up to 30 working days.
• If you select Untracked Shipping at checkout we will not be able to guarantee the safe delivery of your item(s) once dispatched. We will also not be able to access any information on the location of your item(s) once they have left our warehouse.
• If the shipping service is unable to deliver your item(s) your package will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive an automatic refund once your item(s) have been processed by our team. If you wish to reorder your items, you can do this via our website. Please check your address is entered correctly and select tracked shipping to avoid your item(s) being undeliverable. 
• Super Sounds (We Love Learning Ltd) will not refund or reship item(s) that do not arrive if Untracked Shipping has been selected.
